If you’ve been hurt in a car accident, you need information to protect your claim.

The insurance company isn’t going to tell you all you need to know.

North Carolina won’t let an adjuster actually lie to you, but they can come VERY close, and they can withhold information at will.

A trick that insurance companies teach their adjusters is to give you just enough information that you think they’re telling you the truth, but to also leave out enough information that you can’t really make an informed decision.

They also suggest time frames that don’t matter, such as telling you they are going “close their file” to make you think you only have weeks or months to resolve your claim, when, typically, you actually have three years from the date of injury.

Not every case needs a lawyer.  In fact, our firm turns down more cases than we take on, because we only want your case if we think it’s likely you’ll do better with us than without us. But either way, we’re glad to review the matter and give you the information you need to move forward.

Don’t depend on an insurance company: they are actively working AGAINST you.  Count on the Miller Law Group: we’ve got your back. Contact us by clicking here for a free, no-risk evaluation or call us at 919-348-4361.
