Jeff Hood

Jeff Hood is Miller Law Group’s Chief Financial Officer.

Jeff joined Miller Law Group after working in both the public and private sector for over two decades leading financial teams and providing high level advisory as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Accounting and Finance, and Controller.

Throughout his tenure as an accounting executive, Jeff’s expertise has focused on complex controls management, technology integration, and forensic accounting, extending his expertise as needed to client cases, specifically focused on white collar and whistleblower claims. His unique approach allows the firm to operate with real-time data and minimal departmental staff.

Jeff graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, working in the professional services industry as a liaison between the university and local businesses seeking executive level accounting services throughout his undergraduate and graduate studies. He holds a Master of Business Administration with an extended focus in Accounting and Finance.

Additionally, he has received numerous accounting certifications through the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers and currently holds an active CPB license.
