TAF Fraud By The Numbers 2023 Part 2

New Post “Who Blows the Whistle”

The TAF Coalition launched its annual “Fraud by the Numbers” project at the beginning of September. The goal was to provide a series of posts illustrating the scale of fraud and the courage of those who speak up against it. This past week, Miller Law Group attorney MaryAnne Hamilton contributed her second post to the month-long series. Her first post, launched September 4, was Good News! Trend Shows Employees Are Likely to Report Corporate Misconduct. That post mapped the rising trend of employees reporting corporate misconduct. Her second post, published September 23, “Who Blows the Whistle,” provides an in-depth analysis of the people who speak up against corporate fraud. The post discusses a Harvard study that explores who whistleblowers are, as a group, and describes the many faces of those courageous individuals who stand up for truth.
