Learn More About Blannie Cheng Miller
Blannie Cheng Miller serves as Counsel to the firm offering a wide range of experience in corporate counsel and strategy positions. She advises executives and boards on strategic growth plans; merger, acquisition, and investment transactions; and formal disputes with venture partners and regulatory agencies. She also represents companies, governments, and officials on public-private initiatives, public policy, and communications strategies.
Before corporate practice, Blannie served as the Governor’s Advisor on Jobs and the Economy, where she co-authored the office’s inaugural economic policy reform initiatives. She also managed the development and execution of several complex intergovernmental and public-private stakeholder projects.
Prior to public service, Blannie practiced law with a large firm in Raleigh focused on commercial, corporate tax, M&A, and private equity transactions. Blannie received her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
Blannie actively serves on several community boards including as Chair of the Planning Commission for the City of Raleigh, the Board of Directors for White Memorial Weekday School, and the Committee for Families with Young Children at White Memorial Presbyterian Church.
